BORSCHT is one of the few, if not ONLY, authentic Eastern Europe restaurant in Singapore and you can be sure that you can be immersed in the distinctive cultural experience that we have to offer, from our food to the ambience and service. It is the brainchild of owner, Vadim Zoubovski and his wife, Alena Zubovskaya, who have lived in Singapore for 16 years. Given the lack of Russian and Ukranian food locally, Alena began preparing food at home which later turned into a takeaway kiosk and eventually evolved into this cosy restaurant at Maxwell Chambers.
