Built by a family who refused to give up.
Kapitan started in 2019 as a tiny kiosk in Tanjong Pagar MRT. Owner – Vadim worked his day job, then cooked dinner service nights and weekends — for 5 years, no days off. Today we’re Singapore’s only restaurant serving authentic Russian and Ukrainian home cooking. Every dish is handmade the way he was taught.
